I used Three Little Words stamp set and the Timeless Portrait DSP. The flower is the 1 3/4" scallop circle punch scrunched up and separated with an Antique brad in the center. The edging is the scallop trim border on the Whisper White topped with Cherry Cobbler. I used one of my favorite tools, the color spritzer, to finish it off.Leave me a comment and let me know what you think.
